All deliveries are handled by Zomato and Swiggy delivery personnel, ensuring hygiene, safety, and timeliness.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on location, weather, and restaurant load.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is confirmed via Petpooja, you will receive tracking updates or order status via SMS or email (if enabled).

6. Delivery Failures

If the delivery partner is unable to contact you or deliver due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number, the order may be canceled, and a refund may not be processed.
